- Brand colors and fonts, if you have them, or a few past pieces you liked
- The words: headline, offer, details, phone, web address and any fine print
- Photos of your products, team space or work, if you want them used
- Where the piece goes: the printer and paper, the platform, or the sign size and material
- Your deadline, including any print or install date the files have to beat
